Keren Moscovitch is a Brooklyn-based multimedia artist and scholar exploring radical intimacy, ecology, and feminist approaches to psychoanalysis and object-orientation. Her practice spans a variety of media, including photography, video, performance and sculpture, alongside academic research.

Keren is currently Acting Chair of Humanities & Sciences at the School of Visual Arts, where she has been on the faculty for 20 years teaching courses in art history, art theory and philosophy, alongside a dual appointment as Assistant Professor of Photography at Parsons School of Design at The New School. She holds a PhD from the Institute for Doctoral Studies in the Visual Arts; an MFA in from the School of Visual Arts in New York City; and a BA from Georgetown University.

Her book Radical Intimacy in Contemporary Art: Abjection, Revolt, and Objecthood was published by Bloomsbury academic in 2023, and her writings are published in peer-reviewed publications such as International Journal for Education in the Arts (IJEA) and Journal of the Pacific Association in the Continental Tradition (JPACT).

Keren’s film One More Way to Sink Into My Heart celebrated its world premiere in 2019 in Sydney, Australia at the Sydney World Film Festival, where it won best documentary feature. Her limited edition monograph Me Into You (Edition One, 2012) received international recognition. Both projects are portraits of love and intimacy in non-traditional relationships, and represent the poetics of her research.

As an art writer, she has been a contributor to ARTPULSE and DEAR DAVE, along with numerous freelance projects.
